<p>PURPOSE: To provide an opening part with comparatively flat surface and comparatively low oxygen permeability for sealing of a flexible vessel, by forming the part by one or more sheets of a material and equipping a seal formed around the outer periphery to form a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A flexible vessel 10 is constituted of at least one flexible material sheet 12 and the circumference of the edges of the material is sealed to form a cavity 16 in the vessel. This wedge shaped opening part 18 is positioned on the bottom of the vessel and equipped with at least one orifice 20 to penetrate the opening part. To keep cleanliness or asepsis, it is preferable to temporarily seal flaps 34, 36 to the wedge base 22. The opening part has low permeability against oxygen and formed with a material which can be sterilized by a standard sterilizing method. It is allowed for the orifice to include a diaphragm 58 which extends across the whole orifice to form a borable seal and keeps cleanliness (asepsis) of contents in the vessel before use.</p> |
