<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the increase of the capacitor capacity by using a very thin insulator for the surface itself of an electrode by oxidizing the surface of an electrode of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Alumina 7 being an electric insulating film is formed by oxidizing the surface of a spiral coil 2 on a first electric insulating film 1, and the respective poles 3a, 4a of the respective capacitors 3, 4 provided on both ends of this spiral coil 2. Also, a first electric insulating film 1 and a second electric insulating film 5 are formed so that both these films 1, 5 become the outside. Moreover, in such a way as the respective poles 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b of each capacitor 3, 4, they are fixed so as to be opposed to each other, respectively. In such a way, the capacity of the capacitor can be increased.</p> |
