<p>A mercury entrainment device and reactor system which accurately control the flow (rate) of the mercury in a mercury photochemical enrichment system, includes a two temperature zone (14,18) entrainment apparatus, the first zone (14) comprising a heated mercury pool (12) through which carrier gas passes and entrains mercury, and the second zone (18) providing a temperature lower than the first wherein mercury condenses until a saturated mercury condition exists in the carrier gas.</p> |
