发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To relieve the stress and strain generated in recording films and to improve heat resistant creep characteristics by irradiating adhesive agent layers which are formed by blending acrylic oligomers or introducing an acrylic group therein and have tackiness with UV rays to put the layers into a half-cured state, thereby imparting viscoelasticity thereto. CONSTITUTION:An enhancement layer 2, the magneto-optical recording layer 3 consisting of a Tb-Fe-Co system, an inorg. or metal protective film 4 are successively laminated on an optical disk substrate 1 which is preformatted by injection molding of polycarbonate (PC), etc., and a UV curing resin is applied as a flaw preventive layer at the time of coating of the adhesive agent therein and is cured. The tacky adhesive agent or hot melt adhesive agent layer 6 having a UV curing property is applied on this UV curing resin film 5 by using a roll coater and is irradiated with UV rays; thereafter, two sheets of such substrates are press-welded to each other. Further, the substrates are irradiated with the UV rays to cause the complete curing of the acrylic component of the adhesive agent layer 6' of the transparent part where the recording films 3 are not attached. The heat resistant creep characteristics are improved in this way and the generation of cracks is obviated; in addition, the durability is improved.
