<p>PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a pressure window and a transmitting tube by providing a hole piercing from an external surface of a pressure window to a window member while a temperature sensor is set in the hole. CONSTITUTION:A radar allows a temperature sensor 19 to be inserted into a hole 18 and a temperature of a window member can be measured directly, which enables a quicker response to a measuring temperature. As a result, when the window member generates heat by the generation of an arc in a pressure window, the window member causes an abnormality before being melted, which can be detected. When the resulting temperature sensor signal 15 exceeds a threshold value set as desired as detected with an abnormality detection circuit, a temperature abnormality signal 17 is sent to a transmitter 1 to stop transmission therefrom.</p> |
