PURPOSE:To maintain the vaporizing temperature only by the thermal energy of burning once the steady burning is reached, and also to significantly reduce the emission of odor at the time of ignition by providing a switch valve in an area which is separated to a vapor-rizer, a first pre-mixing cylinder and a second pre-mixing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizer 12 is heated by a heat source such as electric heater, and liquid fuel is supplied after the vaporizing temperature is reached, which is then ignited in the first burning section 18. As unburnt gas generated at the time of the ignition is reduced by the catalytic action in the second burning section 21 which is heated at approximately 300 deg.C by the heat conducted from the vaporizer 12, the odor at the time of the ignition is significantly reduced. When the burning section 18 reaches to the steady burning, a switch valve 19 is opened to allow the pre-mixed gas to flow also into a second pre-mixing cylinder 15 and to flow out of multiple holes. Said gas is then is mixed with hot exhaust gas from the burning section 18 and reaches to the burning section 21 where it is subjected to the final oxidization. When the steady oxidization takes place like this in the burning sections 18, 21, the vaporizer 12 receives the thermal energy due to the oxidization in the burning section 21, and the electric heater for the vaporizer 12 is turned off to shift into the spontaneous burning. |
