PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of a musical tone by constituting the musical instrument so that musical tone control information which is varied as time elapses is generated by a musical tone control information generating means in a generation state corresponding to an operation touch, and a musical tone is generated by a musical tone generating means in a state controlled by this musical tone control information. CONSTITUTION:The instrument is an electronic musical instrument for controlling a musical tone by an operation touch of an operating piece, and provided with a sound pitch designating means 1, the operating piece 2, a musical tone control information generating means 3 for generating musical tone control information which is varied as time elapses in a generation state corresponding to the operation touch of the operating piece, and a musical tone generating means 4 for generating a musical tone of a sound pitch designated by the sound pitch designating means in a state controlled by the musical tone control information generated by said musical tone control information generating means. Accordingly, a control signal which is varied as time elapses is obtained without varying operating pressure of the operating piece 2 as time elapses. In such a way, even in the case of obtaining a delicate variation of the musical tone, the musical tone can be controlled easily. |
