PURPOSE:To effectively preventing horizontal vibration in an arbitrary direction from being produced by rockably hanging down a pendulum lever on a support frame mounted on a vibrationproof object structure, and allowing an intermediate part of the pendulum to be supported on a support frame via a viscoelastic substance. CONSTITUTION:A upper part of a pendulum lever 16 is rockably mounted on a support frame 15 attached to a tower-shaped vibrationproof object structural body 1, and a weight 6 is vertically adjustably mounted on a lower part of a pendulum lever 16. A lower support plate 18 of a disc-shaped viscoelastic body is slidably mounted at an intermediate part of the pendulum lever 16, and a viscoelastic body 14 is annularly formed on the support plate 18 so as to be capable of surrounding the pendulum lever 16. A upper support plate 19 of a viscoelastic body is mounted on the viscoelastic body 14 for mounting the support plate 19 on the support frame 15. Hereby, it is possible to effectively prevent horizontal vibration in an arbitrary direction of a tower-shaped structural body such as an observation platform and an antenna tower from being produced with a simple structure. |
