<p>A method for production of an immobilized lipase preparation is disclosed which comprises contacting an aqueous solution of a microbial lipase with a weak anion exchange resin at specified conditions in regard to pH and contact time, whereafter the preparation is isolated and dried. The preparation can be used for continous transesterification of fats without solvents or other expensive auxiliary agents.</p> |
