<p>PURPOSE:To provide the color filter substrate which decreases the fluctuation in film thickness and has less surface ruggedness by applying a non-bath agent type transparent UV curing resin into which gap forming materials are incorporated on the color filter material, then pressing the coated surface by a transparent, irradiating the substrate with UV rays and parting the substrates after curing of the resin so that the thickness of the resin film is regulated by the grain size of the gap forming materials. CONSTITUTION:The non-bath agent type transparent UV curing resin 3 into which beads 4 or fibers are incorporated as the gap forming materials is applied on the surface of the color filter substrate 2 and thereafter, the coated surface is pressed by the transparent plate 5 and is irradiated with the UV rays by which the resin is cured. The color filter substrate which decreases the fluctuation in the film thickness of the transparent flattening film, has the less ruggedness and waving and is free from unequal display is obtd. by incorporating the beads 4 to serve as the gap forming material into the transparent flattening film 3 in such a manner. The color filter substrate which is high in surface flattening and the uniformity of the film thickness is obtd. by the simple stage in this way and the color panel having good optical performance is obtd.</p> |
