PURPOSE:To simplify the operating process for changing the angle of a linear part thereby to achieve high-speed processing by shifting image data of said linear part of an object to be measured having a predetermined angle to a reference line for every pixel, so that the angle of said linear part is changed. CONSTITUTION:A head 1 which is an object to be measured is set at a pick-up position of a camera 5. The camera 5 picks up a gap 2 as a linear part with a predetermined angle to a reference line. An image of the head 1 picked up by the camera 5 is converted to digital signals at an image take-in unit 6 and stored by a frame memory 9. The gap 2 is inclined by the predetermined azimuth angle theta to the perpendicular reference line. A point where the gap 2 crosses one scanning line 14 is rendered a point B, and a line made parallel to the perpendicular reference line by changing the angle of the gap 2 is designated by a line 2a, and further a point where the line 2a crosses the scanning line 14 is designated by a point B'. The shift per every line is calculated for all of the lines 14, and the image data of each pixel is shifted. Then, the whole surface within the window divided by the X and Y axes is treated by a perpendicular filter. |
