PURPOSE: To continuously operate in a shortest operating time by alternately carrying molded preforms to cooling or blow-molds disposed at both sides of an injection cavity by a cam track switch, and cooling the preforms in the blow cavity during two operating cycles. CONSTITUTION: A plastic material of a melted state is simultaneously injected in an injection cavity, a split conveying mold 100 and around a core 50, and one batch of preforms 175 are formed. And, after it is partly cooled in a mold insert 28, a movable platen 20 and a stripper platen 22 are drawn down, a mold assembly is opened. And, when a cam roller 154 is moved along a cam track 117, the preforms 175 are moved in a blow cavity 40, a split mold 98 is opened, and the preform is released. The preform enlarged in the cavity 40 is molded in another preform injecting cavity 30 during cooling. |
