PURPOSE:To obtain a molded form such as a hollow molded vessel, etc., having excellent transparency and dimensional stability by composing of a melting hopper for further heating to melt material resin heated to be dried by a drying hopper, and a gear pump for quantitatively supplying the heated and melted material resin to a molding machine body. CONSTITUTION:A material saturable crystalline polyester resin pellet is supplied to a drying hopper 10, the pellet is heated to a temperature lower than its melting point by the drying hopper 10, the dried pellet is introduced to a melting hopper 11 through a passage 14, and the material resin is further heated by the melting hopper 11 to substantially melt the pellet. Thus, the heated and melted material resin is fed to a gear pump 12 through a passage 15, and the resin heated and melted by the rotation of a gear 13 is quantitatively supplied to a molding machine body A through a passage 16. |
