The device has its pixel drive output terminals (P1-P19) grouped into two array portions, one including odd numbered output terminals associated with the odd numbered pixels and the other including even numbered output terminals associated with even numbered pixels. The odd numbered terminals may be arrayed such that their numbers increase in a particular direction of the array while the even numbered terminals' numbers decrease in the same direction or vice- versa. In mounting the integrated circuit device for LC display with the output terminal array on the PWB, portions of the odd and even numbered arrays are separately located on the PWB, in correspondence to the output terminal array portions of the IC for LC display.
