PURPOSE:To titled composition, obtained by incorporating a salt of a specific polydimethylsiloxane having amino groups with a fatty acid as an internal release agent in a urethane raw material composition, having improved releasability without requiring the coating of a release agent. CONSTITUTION:A composition for producing rigid polyurethane foam obtained by incorporating (A) a salt of a polydimethylsiloxane, containing amino groups, and expressed by formula I (n is an integer 7-30; R1 and R2 are H or 1-6C aliphatic hydrocarbon; R3 is 2-4C aliphatic hydrocarbon), e.g. a compound expressed by formula II with a fatty acid, preferably 12-20C long-chian fatty acid, preferably at 1:0.5-1.5mol ratio as an internal release agent in (B) a polyisocyanate compound, (C) a compound having active hydrogen atoms in the molecule thereof, preferably polyether polyol, e.g. glycerol, (D) a foaming agent, e.g. water, and (E) a catalyst, e.g. triethylenediamine. The component (A) is preferably used in an amount of 0.5-5pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component (A). |
