<p>PURPOSE: To install a window glass onto an installation frame with fine precision by projecting the position relation of the installation frame of a chassis and the transferred window glass and correcting the installation means for the window glass on the basis of the projected image. CONSTITUTION:When a chassis 20 transported by a conveyor belt 2 stop at a prescribed installation position, a traveling body 5 and supporting bodies 8 and 10 shift by each preset amount in the X, Y, and Z-axis directions, driven by a motor and cylinders 6 and 11, and a pressing cylinder 13 transfers a window glass 22 adsorbed and supported by a jig 12 to the position immediately before the installation frame 21 of the chassis 20. At this time, the both-side upper part of the installation frame 21 is caught by two TV cameras 3 installed onto a gate-shaped rail 1 and projected onto two Braun tubes 17 on an operation panel 16. Then, the correct position of the window glass 2 is determined by operating a correction button 18, having the X and Y standard lines 17a and 17b drawn on the Braun tube 17 as standard.</p> |
