PURPOSE:To provide a sensitivity which is stable in a colloidal chemical manner and excellent in a measurement of an optical property, by a method wherein a polymer, which is prepared by use of a given amount or less, based on a monomer comprising mainly armoaticvinyl compounds, of an emulsifier or without the use of the emulsifier, prepares a carrier. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion, consisting of copolymer particle of a mean particle size 0.1-2mu containing a monomer, consisting of acryl acid methyl in addition to 70-100wt% aromaticvinyl compounds, i.e., stylene, vinyltolurene, halogenated stylene, is prepared by use of 0.05pts.wt. or less, based on 100pts.wt. monomer, of an emulsifier or without the use of the emulsifier. Through sensitization of an antigen, or an antibody or a haptene to the obtained emulsion, an immunity serological inspecting reagent is prepared. The obtained inopecting reagent is excellent in stability, and a quantitative measurement of an antigen, an antibody, and haptene in a sample liquid is made with high sensitivity and high precision by measuring an optical property value such as absorbance and dispersion strength of a reaction system by an agglomeration reaction. |
