PURPOSE:To take out on the outside of a molding machine by a holding plate of an arm moving mechanism which is driven and controlled by a toothed belt and nut and operated by an air-pressure cylinder, by breaking a mold completely after molding. CONSTITUTION:A bar screw 8 is pulled out according to a movement of moving plate 5 and a toothed belt 11 is moved counterclockwise by a nut 9 turning in the opposite direction of the same. When a mold is broken completely by moving an arm part 14 to a mold part of a molding machine through a movement of the toothed belt 11, a holding plate 15 fitted to the tip part of the arm part 14 arrives at a taking-out position of a product. A movement of the holding plate 15 to a molding surface 4 is performed by driving of an air- pressure cylinder 17 and when suction of the product is completed, a holding identifier signal is imparted to a molding machine side. An operation clutch is provided between a pulley 10 and the nut 9 of the toothed belt, a pin 19 is actuated by the air-pressure cylinder and positioning is performed reliably. |
