PURPOSE:To fit a power cylinder to a vehicle body with a high centering accuracy without requiring labor for fitting, by fitting and fixing rod parts of a double rod type power cylinder to end brackets which are integrated with each other by a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:The double rod type power cylinder 6 is fitted to the end brackets 11, 11' integrated with each other by a connecting back plate 12. Rod part fitting holes 11c, 11'c provided in the brackets 11, 11' are previously center- aligned, so that centering of the power cylinder 6 can be performed in the step of fitting and fixing it to the brackets 11, 11'. Since the end brackets 11, 11' are integrated with each other by the connecting back plate 12, the power cylinder 6 can be fitted to a fitting plate 13 (provided on the side of the vehicle body) with a high centering accuracy, while avoiding errors in fitting accuracy which are involved in the case of fitting the brackets separately. |
