<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated material, which can be deep-drawing formed and combines rigidity, heat-insulating properties and shielding properties, by sandwiching a packing material consisting of expandable styrene group resin particles and resin aqueous emulsion by fabric bases and heating and expanding the packing material. CONSTITUTION:A packing coating agent containing resin aqueous emulsion and expandable resin particles is applied onto the surface of a fabric base A or B, and the fabric base B or the fabric base A is placed onto the surface of the coating agent, thus acquiring a laminate. The fabric bases A, B are impregnated with emulsion by pressing the laminate by pinch rolls, a pressing machine, etc. from one surface or both surface sides of the laminate, and the expandable resin particles are expanded through heating while moisture in the resin aqueous emulsion is dissipated, thus manufacturing a laminated material S in which the fabric base A and the fabric base B are bonded integrally with the surface and rear of a foam layer E. The laminated material is heated at a temperature where a foam is softened and melted, and the laminated material is press-molded, thus shaping the laminated material to desired shape and thickness.</p> |
