AUTOMATIC CERTIFICATE ISSUING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To simplify a certificate issuing job by putting a recording medium into a recording medium slot of an automatic certificate issuing device and operating an input key based on the display contents of a display screen to obtain a desired certificate. CONSTITUTION:A reading means 44 reads the certificate specifying information and the certifying item information out of a recording medium. A display means 34 displays these two information at a display part. An input means 35 inputs the information with an operation to select the contents of both information. Then a print means 46 prints the read-out certifying item information and a data on a prescribed form. A timepiece function part 45 outputs the informa tion for the date of issue of a certificate. As a result, the certificate issuing procedure is carried out via the means 35 and the certificate is obtained. Thus it is possible to eliminate the complicated procedures of both a certificate appli cant and a certificate issuing officer.
