PURPOSE:To improve the fixing of a toner image by using a toner contg. electrically conductive fine powder having <=0.2 ratio in particle size to core particles contg. a binding resin and a coloring material and adhering a recording body to a heating body with a pressing member. CONSTITUTION:A toner 29 is particles obtd. by fixing electrically conductive fine powder having <=0.2 ratio in particle size to core particles contg. a binding resin and a coloring material in the surfaces of the core particles or parts adjacent to the surfaces by mechanical impact. A fixed heating body 20 and a pressing member 27 placed opposite to the heating body 20 in a press contact state adhere a transfer material 28 to the heating body 20 with a fixing film 24 in-between and a developed image of the toner 29 is subjected to thermal fixing on a recording material. Since the toner contains the electrically conductive fine powder uniformly fixed in the core particles, electrostatic offsetting can be prevented, fixing temp. does not change and the fixing of the toner image on the recording material is improved. |
