PURPOSE:To contrive the automatization of opening and closing a door by providing a piston rod and the first and second link members, pivotally mounting the central part to a point end part of the piston rod and flection actuating both the link members with a pivotally mounting part serving as the axis in accordance with telescopic action of the piston rod. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle 7 connects to a side part of its rear part opening edge 10 a back door 8 by an upper end hinge 9, providing a hinge bracket 11 pivotally mounting the base end part of a main unit 12b of a hydraulic cylinder 12 being able to vertically swivel. While one end part of the first link member 13 is pivotally mounted to one end part of the cylinder main unit 12b being able to swivel in the same level to the hydraulic cylinder 12. Subsequently, one end of the second link member 14 is pivotally mounted to the other end of the first link member 13, and the first link member 13 and the hydraulic cylinder 12 are swivelably pivotally mounted, respectively. And over the full opening of the back door, a pivotally mounting part of the first and second link members 13, 14 is set in the vicinity of the opening edge 10 from a rod 12a of the hydraulic cylinder 12. In this way, the door opening can be large ensured. |
