PURPOSE:To prevent the output of the data set out of an allowable range and caused by a computing error, etc., to the outside by obtaining the final output data after comparing the output data with each other via the maximum and minimum value setting registers. CONSTITUTION:The computing resultis is outputted to an output circuit 5a and the output data 10a is decided. Then the data 10a is compared with the maximum allowable value DMAX and the minimum allowable value DMIN via the comparators 13a and 13b respectively. These comparison results are inputted to a data selector 15. When the data 10a is larger than the DMAX, this DMAX is outputted to the external output data 14. While the DMIN is outputted to the data 14 in the case the data 10a is smaller than the DMIN. Then the data 10a is outputted as it is as the data 14 when the data 10a is equal to the intermediate value between the DMAX and the DMIN. As a result, the output exceeding its allowable range by the error if outputted from a CPU 1 is automatically excluded. |
