PURPOSE:To appropriately control the establishment of an electrical power supply system, by constituting a wiring device with a central box connected with wire harnesses from electrical components and a local box connected to one of the wire harnesses the disposed in an engine room. CONSTITUTION:A central box 20 to which wire harnesses from electrical components are converged and connected is composed of a high capacity current processing circuit section 40 and a low capacity current processing circuit section 70. The high capacity current circuit section 40 is connected with the electrical components including, for example, a power steering unit 66 and a power window unit 56. These electrical components are driven in accordance with a control signal from the low capacity current processing circuit processing section 70. Further the high capacity current processing circuit section 40 is connected with a local box 38 incorporating a power distributing part including a plurality of fuses 103, 105 through 109, 115, 116, 118 and relays 6 through 9. This power distributing part 101 isolates and establishes electrical power supply systems in accordance with the position of an ignition key switch 100. |
