PURPOSE:To perform efficiently cutting work by providing a fine projected line on a cutting part of the surface of an FRP molded product, by a method wherein a synthetic resin thin layer is provided on the surface of a molding wooden pattern and a recessed groove is formed in this thin layer. CONSTITUTION:An FRP molded product such as a bathtub is molded by making use of a molding wooden pattern 3. In this instance, a synthetic resin thin layer 4 is provided on the surface of the wooden pattern 3 and a recessed groove 5 is formed in the thin layer 4. With this construction, a fine projected line 6 corresponding to the recessed groove 5 is formed into a cutting part of the surface of the FRP molded product. The FRP molded products can be cut off efficiently by making use of the projected line 6 as a cutting reference line. |
