PURPOSE:To improve a transmission factor of visible rays, by a method wherein a metallic thin film layer and protective layer are piled up in this order on a biaxially oriented poly-1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate film having a specific haze change value. CONSTITUTION:Inactive particles and additive agent at need are mixed uniformly with poly-1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate(PCT) and melting and extruding are performed by making use of a melting and extruding machine. Then an organic polymer film whose change of absolute value of a film haze after heating at 160 deg.C for an hour is within 5% is manufactured by performing cooling and biaxial orientation. Then a metallic thin film layer and protective layer are piled up in this order on the organic polymer film and a heat ray reflecting film is obtained. Inorganic particles such as silicon dioxide or kaolin or talc are available as an embodiment of the inactive particles mixing with the foregoing PCT. |
