PURPOSE:To identify and control the records for each business work data even in the case various types of business work data records into a single area by controlling totally a collecting/allotting file via a control part. CONSTITUTION:A control record control means 27 controls the control records of a collecting/allotting file 3. A memory buffer control means 23 turns the records of the business work data inputted via a parameter data input means 21 into a block and at the same time decomposes the block of the business work data read out of the file 3 via a data record input means 25. While the means 23 controls a data record input means 25, a data record output means 26, an area release means 24, and the means 27 respectively. Thus it is possible to easily control the business work data together with the effective use of the resources with use of a block of the business work data, the improvement of the access efficiency, the process simplification of the same business work data with application of a collective reading action, the operation of a business work that requires no reformation with reuse of an area, etc.
