The ceramic core yarn is manufactured by the stages of passing polyester filament through starch liquid containing waterresistant acryl resin of mixing ratio 5:1, 0.1-0.3 wt.% maconol and 0.8 mm ceramic powder of pick-up ratio 0.1-0.2 %, drying and mix-spinning the produced ceramic polyester filament and 100% cotton yarn with back roller, apron and front roller. The produced ceramic core yarn has a good property for heat keeping warm, sterilization and touch.
