Medicaments containing, as active principle, at least one compound of the formula: <IMAGE> in which - either R1 represents a polyfluoroalkoxy, tert-butyl, trimethylsilyl or trifluoromethylthio radical and R2 and R3 represent a hydrogen atom, - or R1 represents a polyfluoroalkoxy radical, R2 represents a hydrogen atom and R3 represents a 1-4 C alkyl or amino radical, - or R1 represents a polyfluoroalkoxy radical, R2 represents an amino radical and R3 represents a hydrogen atom, or a salt of such a compound with an inorganic or organic acid, the new compounds of formula I and their preparation.
