The invention relates to a peristaltic pump including a plurality of valves with a pinching sleeve using pressurised fluid. Pump, characterised in that its body P is composed of at least three modules 1, 2, 3 arranged in series and each one including a sleeve 4, 5, 6, the ends of each sleeve 4, 5, 6 being secured in leaktight fashion to the ends of the suction opening 7 and discharge opening 8 of each module 1, 2, 3, the module 1 located on the feed side of the pump acting as intake valve, the module 3 located on the outlet side of the pump acting as a discharge valve and at least one intermediate module 2, the sleeve 5 of which defines the actual elementary pumping volume, corresponding to the flowrate effectively discharged by the pump during one pumping cycle. <IMAGE>
