摘要

PURPOSE:To improve heat sensitivity and heighten cooking function by burying a thermally conductive material locally in the direction of the thickness of a top board and transmitting heat to a heat-sensitive device in the top board. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of metallic thermally conductive materials 3 are buried in the direction of the thickness in a top board where a cooking pan is placed. The each of the thermally conductive material 3 is placed on the average radius wire of a heating coil 10. The temperature of each thermally conductive material 3 is transmitted to a thermistor 5 by a heat transmitting part 20 fixed on the back side of the top board 5.
