PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes largely by using manufacture through which a P-N junction, a light-receiving surface electrode, a back electrode and an antireflection film in the whole constitution of a solar cell can be formed only through one-time heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:P ions or As ions 9 are implanted to a single-side light-receiving surface in a P type crystal Si substrate 2, and paste 6 for an Al group electrode is screen-printed on the back, and dried. An antireflection-film forming solution 7 is applied on the light-receiving surface, and dried, and paste 8 for an Ag group electrode is screen-printed on the light-receiving surface in a pattern manner. Paste is dried, and the whole is thermally treated for 0.5-60min at a temperature of 600-800 deg.C under a nitrogen atmosphere containing oxygen. Accordingly, the large reduction of cost of a solar cell can be attained because heat treatment processes can be made sharply smaller than conventional methods. |
