<p>PURPOSE:To connect plural terminal equipments in multidrop system to one terminal line by generating a logic channel table while a logic channel of a packet exchange network corresponds to a nonpacket form terminal equipment connecting to each terminal line. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment side communication control section 7 gives a data, terminal line numbers 8a-8n and a terminal equipment address from a nonpacket form terminal equipment to a protocol conversion section 5 when any of nonpacket form terminal equipments 9a1-9nm is in communication state. The conversion section 5 uses a terminal line number and a terminal equipment address of a logic channel table 6 to process the data as a packet through a relevant logic channel and sends the result to a packet exchange network 1 via a network side communication control section 4. The data from the packet exchange network 1 is given from the network side communication control section 4 to the conversion section 6, which retrieves the relevant terminal line number and the terminal address through the logic channel of the data and the table 6 and gives the result to a terminal equipment communication control section 7. The terminal communication control section 7 sends the data to any relevant terminal equipments 9a1-9nm by the terminal line number and the terminal address.</p> |
