PURPOSE:To eliminate dielectric breakdown and enhance reliability by providing a groove part on a substrate between fixed contacts and forming a plurality of wall parts discontinuous without direct linear connection between the fixed contacts in such a way as to overlap each other partly for arrangement. CONSTITUTION:When an abrasion powder is generated due to the wear of movable contacts 8, contact substrates 16, fixed contacts 14 and the like during the slide motion of the movable contacts 8, the powder falls in a groove part 27. Also, a product generated with an arc and the like due to contact with and separation from each fixed contact 14 similarly falls in the groove part 27. In addition, each of wall parts 28a, 28b, 28c, 28d and 28e is not continuous between fixed contacts 14 and 14, and so formed as to be discontinuous on the way. As a result, when the movable contacts 8 slide, the front and rear edge parts of the aforesaid wall parts 28a to 28e come in contact with the slide surfaces of the contacts 8. Consequently, the edge parts come to actively scrape the abrasion powder and arc-generated product into the groove 27. |
