PURPOSE:To prevent the loading of a program of an old version by performing the comparison when a program is loaded between the version information on a floppy disk and that on a program to be loaded and stored in a version control table and producing an alarm in the case the former version information is older than the latter one. CONSTITUTION:The program IDs of each program and the version information are registered corresponding to each other into a version control table registered into a hard disk set in a hard disk device 3. When a program is loaded, the version information on the program to be loaded and registered into a version control table is compared with that on the program to be loaded and registered into a floppy disk. In the case the former version information is older than the latter one, an alarm is produced from an alarm means. Thus it is possible to prevent the loading of a program of an old version.
