Device with oscillating mirror(s) for deflecting electromagnetic rays, according to Claim 1 of the main patent. This device is characterised by the addition, to the coil 3 fixed to the mirror, of a secondary coil 6 of smaller size, fixed to one of the two faces of the main coil 3 which is located in the air gaps formed by the three parallel magnets 1a, 1b, 1c and this secondary coil is positioned in such a way that it can collect no current induced in the main coil 3. The current induced in the secondary coil 6 by the oscillations of the mirror 2 is processed by a suitable control method allowing the instantaneous position, speed and acceleration of the mirror 2 to be controlled (adjusted), satisfying the requirements of linearity of the system. <IMAGE>
