PURPOSE:To prevent positively the recurrence of an intoxicated passenger urinating in a cage by providing a picture recording unit for recording the scene in the cage on the basis of the output of a urine detecting means so as to surely request the intoxicated passenger to reflect on the matter. CONSTITUTION:If an intoxicated passenger urinates in a cage, the resistance between a pair of electrodes 4a, 4b in a urine detector 4 becomes small, and a comparator 5 is actuated, so that its output signal is sent to a picture recording unit 7. Accordingly, the picture recording unit 7 automatically records the scene in the cage. The output signal of the comparator 5 is also sent to a control device 6 simultaneously, and an elevator is summoned to the floor where a guard is stationed. When the elevator arrives, the guard cautions the intoxicated passenger at the hall, and in case the intoxicated passenger denies the fact, the guard plays back the picture recording unit 7, displays the scene in the cage on the liquid crystal display 9 and asks the intoxicated passenger to reflect on the matter. As a result, the recurrence of the intoxicated passenger urinating in the cage can be surely prevented. |
