This device is of the type comprising a support 1 which is provided with a means 4 for securing it on the panel, and on which a casing 2 is engaged. In this device, the support 1 is made of a deformable plastic and is equipped with means 6, 8 capable of causing a temporary deformation of the casing 2 in such a way as to immobilise it on the support.
