PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of the input logic level by setting a current source transistor TR between an output terminal and a power supply. CONSTITUTION:The input threshold level VTH is stabilized by supplying the increment of the current driving ability of an n channel MOS TR 2 to a TR 3 even in case the current driving ability of the TR 2 surpasses that of a TR 1. In such a case, however, the reference voltage VB must be set so that the current flowing to the TR 3 increases in response to the drop of the threshold voltage VTN of the TR 2 in case this drop occurred. In such a way, the fluctuation of the input logic level is reduced. |
