PURPOSE:To prevent a dangerous state such as flames, by providing a control part, which stops the heating when effective data cannot be obtained due to noises and the like even though checkings are conducted several times. CONSTITUTION:A control device 10 measures the temperature in a heating chamber by a temperature sensor (thermsitor) 8. When the temperature in the heating chamber is lower than the control temperature, a heater relay 11 is turned ON, and power is supplied to an electric heating device 6. When said temperature is higher than the control temperature, the heater relay 11 is not turned ON and the power is not supplied to the electric heating device 6. A microcomputer 10 reads the data of the thermistor 8 at every specified interval. When the data continuously agree for specified times or more, the data are regarded as effective, and temperature is changed. Then the temperature control described above is executed. This operation is conducted in order to prevent the adverse effect on the thermistor data due to various noises such as power source noises and electrostatic noises and to prevent the occurrence of the state where the correct temperature control cannot be performed. |
