<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate deviation in a reproducing part by comparing detected VHS ADDRESS SEARCH SYSTEM(VASS) data with arbitrary VASS data for comparison, repeating reproduction and rewinding after performing comparison and obtaining coincidence, and performing the backup of the VASS data for comparison after stopping a power source. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a circuit 2 to detect a VASS program searching signal consisting of control signals with different duties recorded on a video tape by a control head 1, and a circuit 5 to compare the detected VASS data with the arbitrary VASS data for comparison set in advance. After the comparison is performed and the coincidence is obtained, the reproduction and the rewinding are performed repeatedly, and the backup of the VASS data is performed even after the power source of a main body is stopped. In such a way, it is possible to easily set the start point and end point of the VASS data, and to eliminate the deviation in the reproducing part.</p> |
