<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkles in the process of lamination by a method in which the long material of the olefin copolymer having been preliminarily printed is heated in the range of prescribed temperature and is pressure bonded under heating to the layer of ethylene copolymer, and then the pressure bonded material is further pressure bonded under heating and is laminated at the temperature where ethylene copolymer is not melted. CONSTITUTION:The layer of long laminated ethylene copolymer is composed of the layer of olefin copolymer and the layer of ethylene copolymer of the ethylene having the melting point lower than that of olefin copolymer by at least 20 deg.C and the monomer (comonomer) selected from the group composed of alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid, alpha,beta unstaturated dicarboxylic acid and their anhydride or ethylene copolymer of ethylene and comonomer and further vinyl ester and/or unsaturated carboxylate. The layer of the long laminate is heated at 40 - 100 deg.C. The long material of the olefin copolymer wherein a printing has been made is pressure-bonded under heating on the layer of ethylene copolymer having been heated in above mentioned temperature range. The material pressure-bonded under heating is further pressure-bonded under heating and is laminated at the temperature higher than that in the pressure bonding and at the temperature where ethylene copolymer is not melted.</p> |
