<p>PURPOSE:To surely execute the communication processing at the time when a voltage drops by storing temporarily sensor information, when a temperature is lower than a reference temperature, and bringing the stored sensor information to communication processing to a monitoring station, when a temperature becomes higher than the reference temperature and a voltage becomes higher than a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:As for a battery characteristic (1) in the case when the remaining capacity is 50%, in an A point in which a battery voltage is lower than a reference voltage E, a monitoring terminal equipment holds sensor information, and in a B point in which the battery voltage exceeds the reference voltage E at the time when a temperature rises and the voltage comparison is executed again, the sensor information which is held is communicated to a monitoring station. On the other hand, as for a battery characteristic (2) in the case when the remaining capacity is 20%, in a C point in which the voltage is lower than the reference voltage E and a temperature is higher than a reference temperature F, it is decided that the remaining capacity is insufficient and the monitoring terminal equipment executes a battery capacity insufficient processing. In such a way, the communication at the time when a voltage drops can be executed surely.</p> |
