PURPOSE:To make the operational convenience of a cooking stove or the like favorable, by allowing the detection of the pot temperature and the temperature of contents in the pan that will be cooked to be selected. CONSTITUTION:A temperature signal detected by a sensor 8 that is in contact with the bottom of a pan 21 is sent to a ccorrection attached side 24 that will be changed by a comparing section 23 and a change-over switch 16. On the other hand, a temperature setting part 14 is led via the change-over switch 16. Accordingly, if the change-over switch 16 is on the normal side (a), the detected temperature signal is compared and controlled directly by the comparing section 23. However if it is on the corretion side (b), after the set temperature is corrected indirectly from the pot bottom temperature via a gradient detecting section 25 and a correction section 26 to the content temperature, and is compared and controlled. Thus, the pot bottom temperature and the cooked material temperature can be detected so that the operational convenience becomes favorable. |
