PURPOSE:To improve the anti-crack property, riding comfort, and the steering stability concurrently by composing a side wall with an inside rubber layer in which a specific amount of short fiber is mixed in a specific orientation, and an outer rubber layer whose dynamic elasticity coefficient in the diameter direction is lower than that of the inside rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A side wall is composed of an inside rubber layer 5 and an outside rubber layer 6. The inside rubber layer 5 is formed of a rubber layer in which 2-30wt.pt. of a short fiber such as a vinylon or nylon with the mean diameter less than 15mu, and the ratio of the length of the diameter about 15 or more, for example, is mixed to 100wt.pt. of rubber, and the orientation angle in the tire circumferential direction is 45+ or -20 deg.. The dynamic elasticity coefficient of the outside rubber layer 6 is set lower than that of the inside rubber layer 5 in the diameter direction. By such a constitution, the steering stability can be improved without losing the anti-crack property and the good riding comfort.
