<p>PURPOSE:To enable a vehicle to be positively stopped while the operability of steering and braking is being sufficiently secured by permitting the switch-over means of a transmission gear to response to the connecting means of a clutch when an engine is judged to have been suspended in combustion during engine run, and thereby transmitting the rotation of an axle to the engine. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic change gear system, it is provided with a judging means (revolution operating section 51) judging whether or not an engine 1 is suspended in combustion during engine run, a switch-over means 34 responsing the judging means so as to shift the gear of a transmission 3 to the gear position other than a neutral one, and with a connecting means 23 connecting a clutch 2. By this constitution, when the combustion of the engine is suspended, the rotation of an axle is transmitted to the engine 1 via the transmission 3 and the clutch 2 with no gear position shifted from a neutral condition to a clutch-off condition so that the rotation of the engine 1 is sustained.</p> |
