发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF STENCIL PAPER USED FOR THERMAL PERFORATING MIMEOGRAPH
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain stencil paper for thermal perforating mimeograph preventing adhesion to a thermal head and the contamination of the thermal head by laminating and bonding a heat-shrinkable plastic film and an ink permeable base material by adhesives containing fine particles which are not melted at a perforation temperature. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkable plastic film and an ink permeable base material are bonded and laminated by adhesives including fine particles which are not melted at a perforation temperature, thus manufacturing stencil paper used for thermal perforating mimeograph. Fine particles having particle size of 100 microns or less are preferable as fine particles which are not melted at the perforation temperature, and silica, mica and clay, other various silicates, a carbonate such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, etc., and the fines of alumina, cellulose, etc., can be used. The fine particles which are not melted at the perforation temperature are compounded previously with adhesives on a lamination surface with the base material as the rear side in the stencil paper for thermal perforating mimeograph, thus displaying an adhesion preventive effect to a thermal head and the contamination preventive effect of the thermal head on plate making.
