PURPOSE:To decrease temp. differences so as to lower the possibility of gel failure and to shorten drying time by heating and sucking a green gel from both the upper and lower surfaces. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum block A of a container is capped by an aluminum block B and a silicon sheet 5 is held in place between both the aluminum blocks to improve hermeticity. A cellophane film 4 is directly placed atop the green gel G and further, a cellophane film 4' is placed thereon as well and is coated thereupon with the silicon sheet 5 to slightly press the laminate of the green gel G downward. The air existing on both the surfaces of the green gel in the container is discharged in this state through a discharge pipe P and the green gel G is heated from the upper and lower surfaces by energizing heaters H1, H2, then the moisture contained by the green gel evaporates from the upper and lower surfaces and the moisture is discharged to the outside of the container. The cellophane films 3, 4 adhere tightly to the upper and lower surfaces of the green gel G and the gel G is dried. |
