PURPOSE:To relieve a burden on an operator by automatically adsorbing files on a direct access divce onto a magnetic tape for every time a system finishes a job. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed command is inputted on a keyboard 7 to start a transaction procedure 1. Then, the procedure 1 starts a transaction monitor procedure 2, a program 3, and a trnsaction procedure 4. Every time the procedure finishes a job, the procedure 2 reports that to the program 3. On receiving the report, the program 3 reads data out of a completed file in a direct access device and records them on a magnetic tape 5. In this case, the list is printed out on a printer 6. Thus, an operator mounts plural magnetic tapes previously to adsorb files on the direct access device onto the magnetic tape every time a job is completed, thereby not only relieving a load on an operator, but automating the operation. |
